New Faculty Search: Assistant Professor in Premodern Japanese Literature

East Asian Languages & Cultures will be conducting a faculty search to replace Prof. Steven Carter, who retired towards the end of 2016. We are seeking applicants for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in the area of premodern Japanese Literature. Areas of secondary interest include, but are not limited to, Japanese History, Performance, Religious Studies, Visual Culture, Gender Studies, and Chinese Language and Literature.
