Jeanne oversees the operational needs of the Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures, including areas such as finance, facilities, faculty affairs, and HR. Jeanne has worked in various roles at Stanford since 2008, including Student Services Manager in H&S Linguistics and Symbolic Systems, Associate Director at the GSB PhD Program, and in several roles at the Graduate School of Education. In her spare time, Jeanne enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two kids, dabbling in painting and ceramics, and tending to her garden.

Cyril oversees the undergraduate and graduate programs of the Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures, including student enrollment, degree progress, graduate admissions and funding, and curriculum scheduling. Prior to joining EALC, he worked as the Undergraduate Student Services Officer at the Departments of Philosophy and Religious Studies in the Main Quad. In his spare time, Cyril enjoys volunteering as a Philippine folk musician and instructor.

Lupita is the Administrative Coordinator for the East Asian Languages and Cultures Department. In 2020, she graduated from UC Berkeley. In her spare time, she loves hiking and kayaking with her husky. She also loves painting and spending lots of time at the beach with her family.
