Jiajing Wang and Prof. Li Liu in PNAS and Washington Post

Chinese PhD Graduate Student, Jiajing Wang, and Prof. Li Liu was mentioned in the Washington Post on her recent publication in the Proceedings of the National Academcy of Sciences. Wang's research on 5,000-year-old-pottery fragments found in China shed light on the region's earliest beer brewing practices -- and may provide new insight into the history of Asian agriculture.  Prof. Liu's class, with T.A. Jiajing Wang, replicated the ancient Chinese beer in lab winter quarter 2017, and had a taste of it.
